- To ensure that the fleet can meet the Operational requirements of the flying programme
- Acting as an interface between Operations, Engineering & Air Crew

- Recording & Reporting of Technical delays
- Certificate of Maintenance review for the fleet when requested
- Coordinating recovery of AOG Aircraft
- Maintain a detailed Engineering Log
- Establishing Parts status and ensuring availability
- Updating on the Engineering Software system as required
- To monitor Aircraft Operation, to ensure that sufficient downtime exists to complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
